Layout/Atmosphere
- The overall architectural style is in the Texas Icehouse style, comprised of the traditional galvanized metal warehouse building with the low hip roofline and shed tower roof.
- It will consist of 41,000+ square feet of an elevated two-story building enclosure with open deck areas on the building sides
- Large flat LED screens will be placed around the floors to provide optimum multidirectional visibility.
- The entrance tower will include a waiting area, merchandise counter, and elevator service.
- The outdoor ground floor bar/service areas will have picnic benches, stand-up tables, and multiple bars on the sand. Championship Volleyball and Pickleball courts will be featured.
- The main outside entertainment deck, will feature a stage pavilion and several jumbotron T.V.s utilized for year-round entertainment! It also overlooks championship sand volleyball, pickleball courts, and other areas for recreational play/games.
